Women Self-Help Groups & Gender Inclusion
Social Impact Assessment supports Women Self-Help Group (SHG) Promotion and Gender Inclusion. In addition, it evaluates programs that empower women through stronger institutions, financial independence, and active participation. Moreover, SHGs improve access to savings, credit, entrepreneurship, skill development, and leadership training. As a result, women improve their livelihoods and become leaders in their communities. Furthermore, Social Impact Assessment measures program outcomes and promotes gender equality. Therefore, it strengthens sustainable community development and creates lasting social impact.
Our programs promote gender equality by supporting women's participation in decision-making, governance, and community leadership. In addition, we address challenges faced by marginalized groups. Moreover, Social Impact Assessment measures the effectiveness of these initiatives through financial literacy, social awareness, and institutional support. As a result, women gain confidence and improve their opportunities. Furthermore, communities become more resilient and inclusive. Therefore, social and economic development becomes stronger and more sustainable.
